Received batches sit in quarantine. A QA user releases them — fully or partly — with CoA attached and their name on the record.

Is Asli Pharma ERP TGA compliant?
No software can be certified as TGA compliant, and wholesalers are licensed by the states and territories. Asli supports GDP-style record-keeping: batch and expiry at receipt, quarantine and release, cold-chain zones, recall trace and a full audit trail.
Is this pharmacy dispensing or POS software?
No. Asli is for wholesalers and distributors: purchasing, the warehouse, sales orders, delivery and invoicing. Community pharmacies are your customers; their dispensing systems stay as they are.
Does it do BAS and GST-free lines?
Not yet. Taxable and GST-free codes per line and a BAS report are on the roadmap and are delivered during the pilot. Until then, use it alongside Xero or MYOB.
Does it keep a Schedule 8 register?
An electronic S8 register with user-stamped entries, no edit or delete and a running balance is on the roadmap. State rules differ, so we confirm the format with your state during the pilot.
How does it help with a PRAC recall?
Pick the batch and Asli lists every customer who received it, with invoices, quantities and dates, and holds the stock you still have. The PRAC letter timers and reports are on the roadmap.
