What is Asli Pharma ERP?
Asli Pharma ERP is a cloud ERP for licensed drug stores and pharmaceutical distributors in the UAE. It records every unit by batch and expiry, enforces FEFO picking, holds received stock in quarantine until QA releases it, traces any batch to every customer for a recall, and produces UAE VAT invoices and the FTA VAT 201 return.

Received batches sit in quarantine. A QA user releases them — fully or partly — with CoA attached and their name on the record.

GS1 & barcode scanning
Scan GTIN, batch, expiry and serial from GS1 DataMatrix into GRN, transfers and adjustments. Print batch labels.

Does it need pharma-specific customisation?
No. Batch and expiry control, FEFO, quarantine release, recall, cold chain and the audit trail are standard in every plan.
Is it compliant with UAE VAT?
Yes. Tax invoices carry your TRN, returns and credit notes reverse VAT, and the VAT 201 return is produced by emirate with a line-level audit file for your accountant.
What about Tatmeen?
Asli Pharma ERP includes a Tatmeen module for EPCIS events and GS1 serial handling. We confirm the onboarding scope with you during implementation.
How long does implementation take?
Typically 4–6 weeks: setup, migration of products and opening stock by batch and expiry, training, go-live and two weeks of hypercare.
Where is our data and who owns it?
Your data is on a dedicated cloud server with hourly off-site backups. It is yours — export it to Excel at any time, including if you leave.
Which barcode scanners work?
Any USB or Bluetooth 2D scanner, e.g. Zebra DS2208 (about AED 300). Label printing works with standard thermal printers such as Zebra ZD230.
